Integrated wastewater treatment equipment is the core integrated apparatus for decentralized wastewater treatment scenarios. It consolidates traditional wastewater treatment process units such as regulation, biochemical treatment, sedimentation, disinfection, and sludge return into a single prefabricated tank, replacing decentralized civil concrete tanks and enabling factory prefabrication and modular delivery of the wastewater treatment system. The equipment can flexibly match core processes according to influent water quality and effluent standards, with effluent stably meeting Grade 1B, Grade 1A of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants" and corresponding industry discharge standards. It is widely applicable to decentralized treatment of domestic sewage and low-concentration industrial wastewater, and is a mainstream solution for supporting wastewater treatment in townships, scenic areas, and industrial parks.
Working Principle
After large suspended solids and floating matter are intercepted by the front-end screen, the wastewater enters the regulation tank for homogenization and equalization of water quality and quantity, and is then pumped into the biochemical treatment unit. The equipment core adopts biofilm or activated sludge process, using microbial metabolism to degrade organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen, and other components in the water. The mixed liquor after biochemical treatment enters the sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation, and the supernatant flows into the disinfection tank for sterilization before being discharged up to standard. Part of the sludge produced by sedimentation is returned to the biochemical unit to maintain sludge concentration, while the excess sludge is temporarily stored in the sludge tank and periodically pumped out for external disposal. Depending on effluent requirements, it can be adapted to various core processes such as biological contact oxidation, A/O denitrification, A²/O denitrification and phosphorus removal, and MBR membrane separation, meeting discharge requirements at different levels.
Core Technical Advantages
High integration and fast construction and delivery. The entire treatment process units are integrated into a standardized tank, with prefabrication and water testing completed in the factory. On site, only foundation excavation, equipment lifting, and pipeline connection are required before commissioning. The construction period is shortened by more than 60% compared with traditional civil engineering processes, greatly reducing on-site construction management costs, and it is especially suitable for supporting projects with tight schedules.
Flexible installation forms and strong site adaptability. Three installation methods are available: buried, semi-buried, and above-ground. Buried equipment can be fully buried underground, and after covering with soil on top, the area can be used for landscaping or parking, without occupying construction land. Above-ground skid-mounted equipment can be relocated as a whole, adapting to temporary construction sites, emergency projects, and other scenarios, with strong reusability.
Mature and stable process with strong impact load resistance. It adopts a biochemical process route verified by long-term engineering practice, combined with reasonable tank volume and retention time design, offering strong tolerance to fluctuations in water quality and quantity and ensuring continuous compliance of effluent. Optional denitrification and phosphorus removal process sections and advanced filtration units can be configured to flexibly meet upgrading requirements.
Fully automatic operation with low O&M threshold. Equipped with a PLC fully automatic control system, it can realize automatic operation of the entire process including water intake, aeration, sedimentation, sludge discharge, and disinfection, without the need for dedicated staffing. The equipment has low energy consumption and low chemical dosage, and daily O&M only requires regular inspection of equipment operating status and pumping out excess sludge, with management costs far lower than traditional wastewater stations.

Treatment scale: a single unit covers a daily treatment capacity of 0.5m³ to 500m³; larger volumes can be handled by combining multiple units in parallel
Core process: biological contact oxidation process for conventional discharge; A/O process where denitrification is required; A²/O process where simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal is required; MBR membrane process for high-standard effluent of Grade 1A or above
Tank material: carbon steel with anti-corrosion treatment is the mainstream choice, with a service life of over 15 years; fiberglass or 304 stainless steel can be used for highly corrosive or demanding scenarios
